AOL Projects
As a member of AOL’s People Development Group, our principal solutions designer was involved with numerous organizational development projects. These included leading the implementation of an enterprise learning management system (LMS), designing numerous learning program, designing and delivering a change management program for senior leaders. He also designed and delivered the very successful What is Web 2.0 and Why Does it Matter” program to help AOL transform to new business models. After leaving AOL he continued to provide solutions for AOL, including designing and developing the Science of Diversity and Art of Inclusion executive development program.
